Pros

1) Flexible working hours 2) Techincal stack for rewriting the existing platform is awesome. 3) If you have blessings of the right person you can bring your spouse as well into the company. 4) Some Directors are very strong technically and can help Engineers even at the code level, show true leadership and are down to earth.

Cons

1) Incompetent people are Directors, just because they are friends with higher up. 2) Directors who have come from service based companies, still have the same petty thinking, micromanagement worrying about Engineers leaves, estimates, who cannot provide any real help but show biz. 3) Smiling during the interview is a Crime, Interviewer was removed from the panel for smiling to the interviewee. Is it Interviewer's fault if the candidate takes it negatively? 4) HR pretends to be employee friendly, they just want to show that they are doing good work. They collect feedback form employees as if they are going to act on the feedback, but they don't 5) When you give feedback in ESAT survey, then people start showing their true colors. 6) Incompetent Managers put pressure on the team to OWN everything as they cannot. They don't even understand what a SMART goal is. 7) Managers don't try to retain people if they resign, they don't even have a proper meeting. 8) People say that Work From Home cannot be clubbed with Vacation, It's Misuse.

Pros

1. Eagleview India has started very recently and with it being one of the growing development and operations center, the growth opportunities look promising. 2. Tech Stack is quite decent and balanced. 3. Work Life balance is also good for Engineering teams.

Cons

Few teams are a sinking ship due to poor management and letting person not suitable for the job lead the team. Team culture and satisfaction is going downhill due to incessant status update, and design decisions led by someone not suited to the task. Lack of expertise within the team for architecture and design of the solution, eading it to being grown like a mushroom without any care to quality and scalability.

Cons

1 - I dont know if different companies operation departments are micro-managing or not but this company micro-management capabilities are on its peak. Team Leads gonna question you for few mins of idle time. 2 - Every work we do over here have target system and have to get the bare minimun target every week and it's like Team Leads and manager is keeping a keen eye on you for entire 9 hours. 3 - They keep on changing the KRA(incentives) structure every 2-3 months and makes us work even more by increasing the targets. Its like if you meet the target then they will eventually increase the target, and if you fail to maintain then you will receive warnings. 4 - The skillset is very basic and useless for future. 5 - There is nothing called team player in this company all that matter is individual efforts and even we are not allowed to help others becasue it will make your stats/time go down for which you will have to suffer during the incentives payout. 6 - Time Stamp tracker is big pain in this company, it's like they will judge you from the tracker that how much productive you are. 7 - If there is no projects then they will force you to get cross trained in other domain even if it's valueless for your future/resume, just for the sake of non-idle hours they will force you to work in other domains. 8 - Some domains track productivity by your mouse movement(that means if you're moving your mouse then you must be working else that will be counted as idle hours/non-productive hours). 9 - Partiality and Favoritism is the top trending thing in this company, some of the Team-leaders are very rude while talking ( but some are good and understanding TL also). 10 - I have never seen a company in which the salary will get reduced after one year, its a common thing that how can a person will get motivated to work/over work if his official salary is getting reduced every month because of keeping the targets high as hell just for the sake of productivity. 11 - Not at all employee friendly. 12 - Working here is like competition by pulling each others hair and gradually your close one will become your enemy. 13 - You will forever be stuck in this amount of salary. I am nearly gonna complete my 2 years in few months and its really sad and regretful place for me to work, because no other company are interested in my resume that i have worked here. After going to office i felt really bad politics are happening in between the leaders and insane amount of micro-management. Finally i felt like nothing is going to change in this company and in every meeting everyone trying to come to the point of sharing their problems but nothing is going to change anyways. SO I FELT LIKE PUTTING A REVIEW SO THAT PEOPLE WILL NOTICE AND AVOID STARTING THEIR CAREER IN THIS TRAP COMPANY.
