Pros

Owned by big banks Free K-cup coffee

Cons

Please DON'T trust any of the 5-star ratings for Early Warning. HR & Executives are giving 5 stars to boost the company image. New CEO fired the previous CTO and brought a new Chief Technology Officer and Chief Data Officer and everything started falling apart. C-level executives lack vision/strategy/execution skills and do a great job in covering things up and not letting employees speak up. They set artificial and unrealistic timelines and fired a lot of talented Leaders & Engineers who speak up the truth and were loved by employees. These employees were let go to bring in their buddies and colleagues from their previous company (who are clearly not capable to deliver). Other employees have to cover for these new employees/managers and this crisis has prompted a mass exodus from Early Warning. More than 35% of employees have left the company in the past few months. It's so pathetic, I heard HR has stopped conducting exit interviews as they can't keep up or they don't care. Unless the C-level executives are replaced completely, more employees are going to leave which will add a burden on employees who are still with the company and we are paying the price for their incompetency. HR/Architecture/DevOps is a joke and can't deliver anything.

Pros

Early Warning pays a fair salary for the work you will put in and the company has many perks for such a disorganized company. There are one or two managers who actually care and are trying to change the company for the better.

Cons

Most of the upper management has egos that would make a psychopath look normal. You will be talked down to, you will be called out in front of others and you will be berated if you even dare to correct the CISO or the CIO when they have made a fairly innocent mistake. High turnover rate, even for C-level employees. High paranoia in the I.T. security department, so much so that it takes MONTHS to make any meaningful change to the network, applications, etc. The company is currently in the middle of a "civil war." The turnover rate has been high for the past two to three years and the C-level execs have finally caught on that the company culture is a toxic environment. The C-level execs have "mentioned" to certain people that they need to tone down the berating of employees and being outright condescending when speaking to the lower level I.T. employees. Really "big business" feel for such a small company. For instance, Early Warning has "values" that are supposed to be seen in every employee. I said "supposed" because if you are high enough in the food chain you can treat people like dirt and never have to worry about the "7 values" (which honestly is an outright joke and people tolerate these "values" to appease the higher-ups).

Pros

The benefits are great. That's about it.

Cons

I thought I was crazy for having the feelings I was having, until I read these reviews, and I have absolutely validated my feelings. There is a definite good ol' boy network going on. Employees are not treated fairly, and any new person coming in is seen as a threat. Senior Management does not take the time to listen to the issues, and forget about going to any person in HR. Any issue or concern brought up will backfire and will become your issue and you will look like the bad person. The systems are horrible and the policies are extremely rigid and hinder any improvements. It's a fend for yourself environment and if you are a female, just forget about working here. I wish I would have paid more attention to the first interactions I had with a C Level executive, it was the pettiest conversation where all that was discussed was gossip about the others employees in the department. Employees are treated horribly, unless you are part of the boy club.
