Pros

Leadership is always focused on bettering the company, service, and people, and they manage to run a lean ship to avoid layoffs, unlike many tech companies. It’s a fun and challenging environment even working remotely. The benefits are great, such as an annual flight perk, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, offsites, phone stipend, etc. Career advancement is regularly available to those who are willing to take on more responsibilities and learn new skills.

Cons

Remote work isn’t for everyone. You have to commit to staying engaged and making connections virtually. You also need to be a very hard worker (but that’s a given).
