The compensation was fair, and the added benefit of having all the required materials provided made the transition into the role smooth and stress-free.
Cons
One drawback became apparent as the company faced a shortage of students in a particular program. To address this, I was asked to fill in classes in other companies, each with different platforms, materials, and instructions. Despite the added complexity and divergence from the original role, the pay remained unchanged.
