Nothing to discuss good At all

This position is not for someone that wants to advance within the organization, because it will not happen. I have tried to speak with other departments about transferring or even wearing a hat to cross train, however I was not successful with it. I was told time and time again that a position will be created for me, however it did not happen. I am not the only employee that has stated they will be promised a future position and management did not deliver. There is no manager within certain departments. The managers that are "hired" were actually there to make sure that your hours were tracked and that you got paid. There are no monthly or weekly evaluations, so be prepared that you will not grow on a professional level. I reached out for a weekly evaluation and was denied. Be careful with who you speak to, because team members will throw you under the bus. Be prepared for not being added as a valued player, because there is no team. "Leadership" will micro manager you, and you have to report each time you take your lunch and breaks. They do not provide any yearly bonuses. PTO is a joke. The compensation is a joke. Very stressful work environment with little compensation.
