Pros

Easypost is a fantastic company to work for. We have a great culture, great product and a leadership team that makes the goals for the company clear and precise.

Cons

We're still competitors in our space and not quite Dominating our space. But over the last few months we've started to turn that corner in my opinion

Pros

- Some really awesome people work here. - Good benefits package. - Watching the people who are left pander to upper management during quarantine provides comic relief.

Cons

- Round after round of layoffs and then lying about them. A lot of the best people have already left or are heading for the exits. - Worst "executive" team you will ever see. A lot of them don't have a single qualification for the roles they are in. For example, the COO used to be the head of sales and ran the sales team into the ground and then dubiously got promoted and is now running the entire company into the ground. There is nothing "executive" about that team. - Absentee leadership. CEO is never around and it's clear he's checked out and doesn't care. An "executive" has even told employees that the CEO just doesn't have the guts to fire them and they're in charge for good. - Nepotism: Unqualified people in Senior management roles get hired or promoted based off of their relationship with other "executives". - No direction: company has shifted drastically from any changes or strategy they roll out in a matter of weeks so the company isn't going anywhere. - Work culture has gotten progressively more toxic due to the actions of the "executive" team.
