Pros

The people at the company were nice

Cons

They are disgustingly cheap. Some of the full time staff were getting paid so low that's not even legal. They attract mostly Chinese international students because they promise visa sponsorship, but they don't actually sponsor. They would withhold pay, or cut your salary for the month using the excuse that you haven't done your job well enough. Boss expects you to work ridiculous hours, work from home, and work on weekends. He has no respect for your personal life, and would even pick up the phone and call you in the middle of the night for work related matters. There is no career growth, no benefits, and they lie to their customers and clients just to get their money.

Pros

Nope. There aren't any pros.

Cons

This company pays no salary to interns, and less than minimum wage to full times. CEO is involved in literally every single decision, micro managing every single employees. Management publicly harasses employees. There are borderline illegal or completely illegal decisions made by the company. Employee training is a joke, they might as well call it a brainwash. Anyone who has not been brainwashed has either been poached by other companies or left voluntarily. The cherry on top: CEO sues former employees.

Thank you for your anonymous review. But we think we already know who you are. Since established at 2015, Easymay has always maintained a good relationship with our employees. We are the only Chinese Educational Consulting Firm in the U.S. that been supported by the investors. We received strategical investment for more than 10 million RMBs last year after eight months of strict legal background investigations. Our brand is trusted by our client and been respected by all of our current and former employees. Unfortunately, we have found many malicious slanders towards us on many public platforms in recent times. We didn’t know where those ridiculous accusation comes from until we noticed this review. We do experienced an malignant incident this March when a former employee vanished without notice anyone else and leaked out some of our client information. That give us no choice but to purchase legal action against that terrible misconduct. Here we need to clarify that all of those accusation from this review above is untrue and we keep the legal right to take further legal actions if been slandered again in any public platforms. An sincere advice for all the job seekers : learn some workplace ethics, and be responsible for your own behavior.
