HR people are good else all fake promises. Promoting experience employees who are threatening other new joining

Dnt join this company at all. They are taking your alternate Saturday to work and in jira Saturday time is not getting locked so it means they are saying to client we are not working on Saturday but actually they made people work each alternate Saturday despite working till late night

The management is very good. If you are looking for learning new technologies and long term commitment then I am suggesting you to join Eclat, they have healthy atmosphere and supporting co-workers. They have same policies for each and every employee whether you are working from so many years or joined today. I am working here from last one year and when I joined I was looking for financial growth and a stable organisation to enhance my skills, they offered me a good package and a new technical exposure. They have very good projects if you are looking for learning. They provide us overtime pay if we work on weekends and till late nights.

Cons

They should add on some more policies for employees benefit.

Cons

Everything is good about them. The only con I can think of is alternate Saturdays are working.
