Pros

Health benefits, but it's not really a "pro" because you take a pay cut if you opt in and still pay monthly for coverage. Doesn't actually save you money on health care

Cons

No opportunity for raises or promotions Management is not qualified because they don't think critically or strategically. They are yes-people to their clients and don't care about what that means for employees at the bottom. Schedules are published less than 24 hours before the week starts Management violates workers rights by telling employees that they can't talk about wages with each other--a key component in collective bargaining rights protected by Federal law Management is unresponsive to requests for information about pay and benefits. They might respond after many attempts.

Eco Service Response

Hello, Thank you for the feedback, we are committed in ensuring a great environment of all our staff at Ecoservice so I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had a negative experience with us. As we are within our first year of ride operations in Seattle, we are taking all feedback into consideration for how we form our future in terms of compensation. When it comes to pay, we have a performance and attendance-based bonus structure in place. Through our growth, we have promoted some of our top performing drivers into roles assisting with trainings and evaluations as well as operations coordinators. A commitment to excellence, positive interactions and a passion for providing great customer experience led each of our drivers into their new roles. While it can be confusing at times, each of our candidates and employees sign a non-disclosure agreement restricting certain types of conversation to company employees only. This does not regulate the ability to engage with peers on important topics, but such cannot be done when on-shift during company time or utilizing company resources which would ultimately impact driver performance. I’d like to personally wish you the very best in your future endeavors and hope that you find what you’re looking for in your journey. All the best, William Tang Co-Founder, CEO
