Everything from the vehicles, to management, to maintenance was the worst you could find. The pay was horrible. Co-workers just care about themselves and not helping out.
If your considering Eco-Shuttle, GIVE IT A SECOND THOUGHT!!!

This review will be flagged as why would someone consider a job if the "pay is horrible"? We actually now offer flat pay for charters, which the hourly range is $18-$47 depending on availability (notice not experience, but availability!). Personally, I take pride in our culture and we always help new trainees and have senior drivers that are also training supervisors.
I truly don't believe this person worked at ecoShuttle, which is family owned and all about taking care of the front line employees. We are happy to share pay stubs (blacking out personal information) of those making close to six-figures as drivers. Our mechanics follow some of the strictest preventative maintenance mileage markers (A, B, and C services) as well :)
eco-friendly, friendly, approachable, great management, great co-workers, down to earth, great front line, good money management, safe fleet, satisfactory rating on Safer, clean buses, excellent customer service, easy booking process
Cons
Limited resources, don't have the newest buses, no motorcoaches, no limousines, limited capital, lag on finding parts for older buses
