4yThis review will be flagged as why would someone consider a job if the "pay is horrible"? We actually now offer flat pay for charters, which the hourly range is $18-$47 depending on availability (notice not experience, but availability!). Personally, I take pride in our culture and we always help new trainees and have senior drivers that are also training supervisors.
I truly don't believe this person worked at ecoShuttle, which is family owned and all about taking care of the front line employees. We are happy to share pay stubs (blacking out personal information) of those making close to six-figures as drivers. Our mechanics follow some of the strictest preventative maintenance mileage markers (A, B, and C services) as well :)
