Went downhill quickly, interesting product hitting the market at the right time but a culture of suspicion and arrogance quickly prevailed. when I first started there was no money, none a CRM system was created by the sales lead from an excel doc and actually served the company well until the funds were available to purchase something better. When the sales and forecast numbers were able to attract the need funding, the VC group took over everything and it all went down hill from there. But fr awhile it was OK.

Startup mentality without the startup perks. Expected to work 60 hours a week even if the work load didn't match 60 hours. Spoke of an agile development environment, but was totally waterfall.
