Training is included, work is consistent, and growth is available.

Availability to use the restroom, working in the hot, cold, and wet weather, and debris getting into respiratory system.

My coworkers were great to work with but I feel for them due to the president.
Cons
I don't think I've ever worked in a more toxic environment where you can almost cut the anxiety of the employees with a knife. Why? The president is so volatile and treats the employees like bird dogs. Berates and humiliates them like children. How he's lasted in business I don't know. I would recommend you reading the customer reviews - that tells it all. This job move was a big mistake!
