Horrible management. Nothing is organized. Everyone is stressed. The tasks are impossible and all they do is threaten to write you up if not completed, rather than helping you learn. They offer absolutely NO training. They except you to know all legal terms, all the laws, all IRS and state rules, when you're hired. It's so stressful, and no one is ever able to answer any questions you have. They have no problem piling your desk with work even though they provided No training. Their kitchen has a roach problem. They're aware of it, but don't care. I really do not recommend anyone working here. The pay is too little for all the work that the job entails. Also they fire and hire every month. It's not stable and no job security.

Management gossips and shames coworkers to other coworkers . Management doesn’t know how to manage in a positive, motivating way, Non ethical , they do not keep their word . Management is constantly in meetings , very stressed out because they don’t have a clear cut plan. They are constantly arguing amongst each other which creates a very negative environment. They have a roach problem in the kitchen.
