Business outlook
Pros
Growing company with loads of interesting projects and lots of opportunities for personal development. Everyone is really friendly and great to work with. Leadership/management are excellent, they're all very supportive and transparent regarding pay, promotions, etc. Really exciting seeing the direction that Edge is going and great to be a part of it.
Cons
Workload can get intense and stressful sometimes, but that's just the nature of consulting in general, and management support you during busy periods.
