Cons

Backwards, backwoods, good ol' boy mentality. They like to promote the people who do the least but yack the most. If you like to kiss behind, you'll do great here. If you're a hardworker, you're doomed.

Cons

Constantly changing new management who are clueless about regional specifics and pursue only personal interest and personal gains. Staff is not valued. Ridiculous conservative policies and plenty of politics. Career opportunities only for sales people.

Cons

Management clique originating in Baton Rouge gets final say on illogical decisions. Play nice with them (all former accountants) or they’ll get rid of you.
