1) Founder shows himself as he is the CEO and founder sits in US, which appears to be fake.
2) Not a single process defined, Shows are always run by the owner not by the process.
3) Hire & Fire policy, they can fire you anytime without giving salary as well.
4) Not getting paid for the month you are leaving the organization and one month prior to that.
5) HR is not co-operative and HR policies are worst.
6) Too much of Micro-management from company CEO to HR level.
7) No client portfolio and if you are a recruiter, you can't have any closures as their clients are non-responsive.
8) Company lacks Vision, resources, focus approach and most importantly resource value.
9) Company CEO Fails to understand/decide the priority and too focused on micro-management.
10) There are no more than 6-8 people in company meaning company has not grown and will never grow for the reasons mentioned.
