Pros

If I had a poor performance i would have not got placed in better MNC, yours is not even a MNC, but after i left from there the hectic work culture i moved to one of the top companies in bangalore in a better position, so here it shows that you are just covering your mistake when employee express the genuine review you cannot even accept that. I regret that i have worked here in such a bad work culture.

Cons

@prathibha frist you learnt to accept your mistake rather than defending it, if you want grow in your career accept your mistake rather than covering it up with bulshit reply
