Pros
There is very talented people there, and they have some of the most interesting projects in the industry.
Cons
Their HR politics are terrible: 90% of the workers are paid monthly by contract (even being a full time job), so you have all the obligations and none of the rights and most of the people in high positions are entitled and treat others bad. Also, payments can be delayed for months, you have no stability.
