Pros
The company is rapidly growing and very successful. It's nice to be a part of something so positive, especially during tough economic times. The company is generous with things like employee recreational opportunities, snacks, coffee, and various other incentives for a job well done. They are involved in trying to improve the nation's education system, which is a worthwhile endeavor and one that employees can be proud of.
Cons
In trying to present a friendly manner, managers seem unwilling to provide the constructive criticism that could lead to improved job performance.
