      If expecting employees to be disciplined and motivated during work hours and also respond to client calls when you are made a SPOC is a big sin, we cannot understand where these employees will survive. Some just quit giving no knowledge transfer and try to black mail the company by holding back the codes and making unnecessary changes to the system settings for which access is given purely based on the trust the company has in their employees. we are here to run a company for people interested to work and show dedication and interest and not for people who come here to kill time and spoil the environment.

      Work environment is pathetic. Salary is not on time. Exiting the organization is a big hassle altogether. Your salary might also be not paid. Leadership does not know how to communicate with sub-ordinates. You can never trust the words of Leadership. they sway anytime they want

      Exiting any organisation is going to be difficult if you are not disciplined or well behaved or do not follow company standards and rules. No rules shall be changed overnight and all the rules are as per the handbook that governs the company policies. All people here are treated more as friends and not as employees or labours. Every person here is an employee and answerable to everyone. we shall try to bring in more HR and fun filled activities in future.

      if u r helpless and do not have any other option, then only work here. Else the worst place to work.

      Cons

      Management Sucks, no one to look to your problems, HR is just a puppet being made to sit there, if you come late by 15min, then u ll be marked half day absent. Decisions are made on the fly without any discussion. A very cunning person heading the company now. So u can expect ur worst nightmare here. If u want to leave the company also, there will be big lot of problems your way,.

      Please understand that discipline is the most important thing in life to succeed. We expect a very good discipline and attitude towards work and culture at Effia, We do not encourage employees without the right attitude. There is no employee who works here for 12 hours a day unnecessarily. We expect the employees to enjoy time with their family as well, we work for 9 hours a day including lunch.
