Okay, all the good reviews are written by a junior copywriter, no work culture, toxic environment, literally people abuses in the office that too in the morning. No work ethics, HR is just a puppet, management is pathetic, no use of working over there. Senior client servicing people will kick you out of the company if they have done some goof-up... People literally faint over there due to work pressure... Please DON NOT OPT FOR THIS COMPANY... PLEASE... IT'S A HUMBLE REQUEST.. It is a school, no YouTube, you can't use the phone because the CMD will think you have no work, and then everybody will start targeting you.. You can use office wifi... So thin two thousand times before you say yes to the company

Client servicing people think they are God and whatever they will do, it's right... If you really want to experience Bigg Boss drama, then this is the perfect place for you... It is a real life bigg boss.

To be honest, there is nothing good in this company expect for some people you will meet

1) The management is not at all great! Even if it rains and you have to go home early they will consider it as a half day and will not pay you. 2) The bosses there should know that all the employees working there are humans and not slaves! 3) There is no self respect and no boss will ever stand for you ever, in which ever team you are! there is no unity 4) They do not pay you full money and your FnF's. Even if it's not your mistake. 5) There is nothing great to take from this company. They want clients but they will listen to every single thing of client and will make you work......even if you fall sick they will not consider it but will cut your salary 6) All the good comments in the Glassdoor are changed by company itself.
