Pros
- Decent WLB if you manage stakeholders well - Decent holiday policy i.e. count based on when you were hired - Previously good team, until most senior people quit (WL3-4)
Cons
- Too many meetings that could have been an email - Broken IT system due to various system migration, resulting in inability to properly implement/monitor initiatives - Unclear and always changing directions from SLT, often with questionable logic, resulting in a number of marginally similar projects running in parallel (could have been combined)
