- Family owned business with easy direct connection to CEO - Hard work is rewarded and they try to hire within the company as much as possible - Great workplace environment with friendly coworkers - Casual dress code

Cons

- Some business practices are outdated, change can be hard to accomplish - Communication between departments isn’t the greatest - Work from home is not allowed in most circumstances

Commissioned sales. Easy place to find a niche in. Has some fun products to demo.

Cons

12 hour days, typically 10 hours of overtime per week. Refusing requests to take lunches constantly. Managers never clock out for lunch. I was asked several times per week to lie to customers by managers. Managers constantly neglect their own responsibilities and blame employees for their mistakes to the district managers. Managers also flip employees sales into their own names when everyone is closing at night.
