      Pros

      The senior management is good as it has vision for the company which is good.

      Cons

      1. No good projects or I should say no projects at all. There are teams where employees don't know what to fill in time sheet as no project is available. 2. The managers project false milestones to please higher management. 3. The projects which are available are only integration and testing related projects. 4. The managers have awarded themselves. 5. No product development mindset. 6. In software integration all old age tools are used and there is no hardware infrastructure. 7. If you have to carry out project then you need to do on remote machines which are slow and frustrating.

      Subsidized food and transport Location is good

      Cons

      - One need not work to survive in here. Just need to be closer to your manager. You will get everything you want. - Discrimination based on language by line managers. You should speak Hindi. - Too much politics at line manager level. - No good projects, only maintenance/bug fixing work. - Technical heads are not technical enough to lead the team. Just beating around the bush with lots of ego. - Overall not good for professionals who doesn't want to spoil their career.

      Pros

      - Cutting edge technology (Depends on which team you are in. There are teams which work on bug fixing only) - Development projects - Good software products which are cash cows of the company - Globally has a good reputation - Under the umbrella of Continental Automotive, which makes it stable and inherits the policies of Continental Automotive - Flexi working hours, work from home facility (one day per week) - Good food at subsidized price - Cab facility - Some innovative people around - HR policies are not bad

      Cons

      - The ones who work, they work. Ones who do not, they do not. Management does not come to know about it. - Managers need to understand the technology - Office politics need to be improved
