Cons
This gets miss said by people leaving all the time "Element doesn't listen". Now being here for 5 years, being in seats where I felt I wasn't heard. The issue wasn't main leadership, the senior pastor. The issue was peoples direct reports. Element church and Pastor Erik has really helped fix this problem on staff. If you are sharing concerns, you can take these up and around your boss if they do not listen. Pastor Erik will defined you if you have trails of the conversation and I've never once found myself in trouble for trying to do the right thing.
