      401k match was ok, short interview process

      Cons

      Advertised the job as hybrid but create guilt around WFH days, while management takes unmarked PTO and WFH days as much as they want. Management was unclear, unable to provide constructive and actionable feedback. The environment and individuals were uninspiring at best.
