if you want to make some fast money by writting and fixing monkey code - EHS is a place to go

Cons

CEO thinks that he is God and the best employer in IT world, perhaps thats why he is screaming and swearing at his workers every day (he calls it "motivation"). Atmosphere of stress and pressure in the offce. Poor environment, hacked software. No adequate benefits and vacation days. Instant scapegoating from the head office.

At first everything seems ok, and a good place to work.

Cons

They don't treat you with respect, they are always threatening you about how they can fire you, If you want to be yelled all the time, and want to feel that you are an idiot for almost everything you do, this is the right place to be

At first they make you think they are really friendly and easy going but they are not

Cons

Employees are treated like idiots, monkey coders. No clear instructions, or worse misleading instructions about day to day job.
