      Pros

      Really helped me grow as a person as well as financially. Super team oriented and you can make a lot of money. You start off learning and applying all different skills when it comes to marketing and sales and then I was able to train multiple people and see them grow which I loved. I had a big team and was making a lot of money but unfortunately I had to move to Cali with my fiancé and leave this job.

      Cons

      Not for everybody. Have to be hard working and apply yourself if you want to grow in the company.

      Thank you so much for your response! We thrive in the competitive environment. Where yes it can be difficult but we believe with the hands on training, systems and high standards anyone can hit their goals! I am glad you were able to make and save money while being with us.

      Pros

      Great work environment ! Everyone there was up beat and more team based. They do a lot of mini team events every week. All of my training was done on site, hands on training every single day. Elev8 keeps high standards and goals. Was a good learning experiencing helping me with my public speaking skills.

      Cons

      A lot of information to learn. More part time

      Pros

      There are absolutely no pros or life balance. Your always at work.

      Cons

      Was told before interview that the position paid $1100 per week plus bonus. Worked 10am to 9pm Mon thru Fri and 10-6 on Saturday. That's like 63 hours a week. They paid me $500 per week. I quit they will lie in your face about the pay. I was told I would get paid $90 per active account. I sold 14 in 10 days. Bonus was supposed to be over $1000. I got 0. Don't work here unless you want to get played and no paid. I'm not walking 6 miles a day in inclement weather for that kind of pay. Very. disappointed. They play with your life. I left another good paying job for this BS.

      Sorry that you had a bad experince. Like we discussed in the first round interview the base is capped at 1100 dollars a week, not a starting point. Training was paid for that was a $500. The bonus we do offer has requirements which you did not meet. In order to continue to work here you have had to pass a federal background check. Sorry that your experince was not what you had wanted. I know when we talked you mentioned how you just left your previous employer. Good luck on your future endeavors.
