Pros

Stable company over the last 20 years. They are transparent, they encourage and still maintain empathy towards you as a human while expecting you to put your best foot forward.

Cons

As a smaller company, it can mean the workload is spread pretty thick but with solid clients and a good rhythm, you can get to it all. It's hard to list many cons at all.

Pros

E3 is refreshingly genuine for an agency. Anchored by Drupal dev work, they have a culture that has promoted clarity, empathy and trust. Some of the toxic agency behaviors I've experienced in the past are not found here. They are clear about their financials, why decisions are made, and the vision they have for the company.

Cons

It is a boutique agency, so there is a lot of work to shoulder together. That part is the same as other agencies. Prioritizing your time well is a must. This is a times and material agency, so come with healthy work habits.

Pros

In my first 8-9 months here, I doubted I'd stay very long. Things were a little chaotic and messy at the time, to say the least, and the people on my team (myself included) did not feel listened to or heard. Overall morale was very low. Since then, there's been a lot of changes -- some good, some bad, as you'd expect, but probably 90% good. The leadership team looks different now, the delivery team looks different now, our processes and way of working look different now, and overall work/life balance has improved. At the time of writing this, I have no desire to leave and truly enjoy my job, my co-workers, the work we do, and the agency as a whole. - My manager actively listens and communicates with me regularly, and I know they're genuinely interested in helping me grow in my career. - Like I said, good work/life balance. Expectations around WFH are very casual, and no one is micromanaging you as long as your work gets done. - Fully WFH agency -- no FOMO of some people being in-office and some people being WFH. And I think the way we've adjusted for WFH works really well to keep us all connected and in communication with each other. - Fair pay, plus twice yearly profit sharing. - Great health care benefits. Like, really good! - Pretty fair PTO policy. - Yearly holiday party in Denver (get to see everyone in person!). - Diverse company with a ton of friendly people who are great to work with.

Cons

- Would love sick days included in PTO policy. - Attitude around resourcing tends to be kinda dismissive in regards to asking people to work more than 40 hours, which wouldn't really be an issue if we were paid OT (or some other benefit).
