      Pros

      I joined Elior around 5 months ago as Recruitment Advisor and I’ve genuinely enjoyed it so far. The team are great -approachable and always willing to help. There’s a positive working culture and a good level of trust, which means you’re able to manage your own workload and really get on with things. That’s made a big difference for me in terms of work/life balance. I’ve also had the chance to work with a wide range of stakeholders and roles, which has helped me settle in and develop quickly.

      Cons

      No real downsides to mention.

      I’ve been with Elior UK for a short time and have already progressed in my role, which shows that hard work and dedication are recognized. There are great opportunities for growth if you’re proactive. My colleagues and direct managers are fantastic. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, making the work environment enjoyable Depending on your role, there’s a good level of flexibility, which helps with work-life balance.

      Cons

      Direct managers are supportive but fostering clearer communication from upper management would further enhance the overall experience and create a more cohesive work environment.
