TOXIC! This can vary from manager to manager but the environment as a whole in sales in unbelievably toxic! So much gaslighting and they will literally get rid of you with an hours notice for missing target 1 month, but keep someone who has NEVER hit theirs! Then manager talks behind your back when you're gone to your former colleagues like a petulant child.

A very backward company; best practice isn't preferred. Is very much 'we've always done it that way'. A narcissist led business. Alternate views are not encouraged. Experience and best practice is not favoured. It's largely based on blindly following instruction from above, even if you can demonstrate what they proposing is damaging to the company and culture. Feedback largely ignored.
