      Unprofessional with obvious lack of unbiased leadership

      Owner played favorite with her friend who she hired and gave her a 5 dollar raise just to then tell the rest of the office there would be no raises that year. Seniority meant nothing, a new girl could be hired for reception and be paid more regardless of experience
