      Ridgid pay structure Make sure to get everything Phil and Jason promise you in written so you Don't experience a bait and switch scenario Frequently made to feel replaceable Zero evaluation or Performance reviews in 2 years No cost of living increases Not a lot of support for satellite locations Shared office space Lack of written policies and procedures
