Empowering our team members to take the lead and make an impact is something we’re really proud of. We were a bit surprised to see your note about “no WFH or hybrid mode,” so we wanted to clarify for future readers: we actually do operate on a hybrid model. Our current approach is to have everyone in the office once a week on Wednesdays, with the rest of the time spent working remotely. We do expect full-time dedication and strong results — but we also support flexibility and work-life balance through this hybrid setup. We really appreciate you sharing your perspective, and your feedback helps us keep improving the employee experience.

The people are great and everyone who works there is very talented. It is a great place to start your career as you learn a lot, but you don't get raises so once you learn and have a portfolio you can find more money somewhere else. Flex hours are great and you can work from home once in a while. The client list is very impressive and the company is growing quickly.

Cons

Salary is not competitive. High turn over because of salary. Employees are not rewarded for good work. Management thinks the monthly lunches are a reward for the employees, but while nice a pizza is not enough to keep people happy. The company is not competitive (salary wise). People here are over worked and underpaid. Teams don't get the resources they need. Management expects employees to be on call after work hours. The company needs major renovations and is dirty. Don't get the support from management.
