I was let go unexpectedly just three weeks before Christmas, which felt unnecessarily harsh and poorly timed. Despite raising the need for ADA accommodations, the company was unwilling to work with me to create a supportive and sustainable work environment. This lack of empathy and flexibility made it challenging to perform at my best. Leadership lacked transparency, making it difficult to feel secure or supported in my role. The sudden termination reflected a lack of empathy and respect for employees.
