Pros
Great environment. Great coworkers. Great bosses. Great energy. For the most part they treat you like an adult and don't micromanage.
Cons
Very low pay. They are extremely against working from home. They seem to bite off more than they can chew. They don't seem to be making enough money to keep going, so my prospects are low. But other than they they are a great group of people. If only they could sell what they make.
