      - People are smart, kind and really hardworking. - Amazing tech. it is unbelievable how many different state-of-the-art tech is being used in the product for young kids! From machine learning and voice recognition to AI generated art. - You learn new things every day. - Really great environment for people who want to have ownership and see results of their work fast.

      Pros

      The three cofounders are incredibly talented and mission-driven. They've set an inspiring vision and have built a team and culture empowered to achieve it. The CEO Tom has always made me feel seen and supported, and he crafted a dream job and growth plan based on my individual strengths. I'm so grateful to be a part of this team!

      Cons

      The normal pains of a high-growth startup -- constant triage and prioritization needed!
