Going to focus on the most painful point in corporate building. Everyone who has worked here knows this (reach out to former employees if you want to confirm): -Upper management is insecure for their position and that's big issue . they dont want their team to grow. - HR is the worst in the industry - will threaten you, Ruin your MNC verification, Call you names on the Floor, lose their temper on the floor in front of 200 employees and start shouting. The sad truth is that nobody wants to stand upto them because nobody wants to stoop to their level and just want to work for some time and exit peacefully. Your mental health is bound to be messed up if you get involved with them even once. - Hiring is full of discrimination - they will not hire more female employees because females don't work as much (their recruiters have said this to interview panels openly). They think female employees are not as productive after marriage and focus more on family. They tend not to hire females for this reason. Check their office Male:Female ratio. - Not very hard to imagine since there aren't even enough female employees. - I can confirm freshers are treated the worst since they come to the org under 3.6 years BOND of much more than their CTC and no salary hike in between. This is a pathetic way of ruining a fresher's financial growth. Other companies pay better and don't have terrible HR/Management. - They have fired people that they do not like without a single day of notice. - They will keep you for 90 days and not 1 day less if they know you have a good offer and leaving early could help your career. - In interviews they have said terrible things to prospects that ruins the company's image. - Lot favouritism and old people like buttering .
