Pros
Phenomenal leadership, company values, community, and culture. The CEO and leadership seriously care about their customers and employees, and they do an excellent job of striving for progress while maintaining healthy and realistic expectations for their employees. No micro-managing or hard deadline intimidation, just hard work and creative ideas and finding ways we can make the product better for their customers. Also working to improve the surgical experience for breast cancer patients is a very motivating thing to work on. Health insurance is good and affordable, and 4% 401K match right off the batt.
Cons
Small company, so there can be a lot of extra work to cover for people when they take vacations. There doesn't seem to be a strong schedule for yearly raises or bonuses.
