      the higher guys doesnt know anything, so easy to fool around and pick your salary

      the higher guys doesnt know anything, so easy to fool around and pick your salary well, why am i important? I am a technical head, so if I wont be knowing, who will? their all divisions are rotten, projects that do not comply with core competency, management gets projects to just fill up the sales quota, the engineers working on them gets no benefit as they are not used in industry. The managers are pathetic in communication, one of manager goes out to sleep in his car on a daily basis from 2 to 4, its funny how they are continuing, a company which could have soared is waiting for somebody to buy them out. Dont join unless you get any other job.

      Good technology Good Projects Good for Freshers, Bachelors.

      Cons

      No proper management. No proper process All employees are not treated equally, only managers are given preference. No laptop given only desktops to work, no work from home option. They make you work like donkeys, even ask you to work on shifts for which you are not hired Forget about personal life if you work here. Managers behave like they are doing big favour.

      Not a good company to work with.

      Cons

      After you are selected in interview HR will call you weekly once and force you to join there company. After you join for few days HR will be like a friend to you asking all your needs. After few days they will start ignoring you. They will simply hire for Hybris even though they don't have a single project. They will hire and outsource you to another company after clearing interview with client company. If you are not clearing interview from client HR will give warning like they may fire you. If still not clearing they will give you one month time and make you to leave within 15 days. Worst company i have ever seen in my career. Please don't join this company
