      1) Can improve our communication skills by the interactions with overseas stake holders. 2) Can get into aviation industry. 3) Can gain great knowledge of multiple departments (multiple responsibilities are on single individuals).

      1) Employees has no usual financial hike yearly and no other benefits provided. 2) The job would be difficult for those who are not interested in travel.
