This place is like the wild west. They shoot from the hip. Men run the show. They scream, curse, drink, and do whatever they please with no recourse. HR is non-existent. With the exception of Friday afternoons in the summer, expect to live at work. Expect that unless you are part of the holy trinity you will be treated like a street dog. Women have it worse. Women are forced out (as can be seen by the great exodus of 2015/2016 when 7 female directors/VPs left, but only 1 male director). They will not take this serious - ever. The men know they have it made.

Poor management, cover up of inexperienced management, pretending the culture is great, no recognition for extraordinary work, promotion of people who have no experience in their position let alone a next level position. Pitiful annual raise percentages that are presented by management beforehand that it doesn't matter how hard or well you work you will only be graded as meets expectations and receive a meets expectations level increase. Lack of international business knowledge and experience is a huge issue.
