      Pros

      People are nice and work well together - willing to help and share with each other; decent benefits and initial base pay.

      Cons

      Management inconsistency and integrity lacks in some practices - seem to be good at staff augmentation but running a complete project/program (> 3 people) seems to challenge the organization and weak management. Not customer focused. Some staff have not had base pay adjustments in over 2+ years. Mentorship is weak.

      Pros

      No travel. Nice downtown location. Relaxed atmosphere. Work life balance is good, depending on your Mgr and project.

      Cons

      Small firm is in a rough spot due to poor economy. The types of projects can be staff aug at times. No training budget. Poor raises (if at all). No 'community'. Leadership is sub par. If you are billing, your job security is great. If not, start submitting resumes. Morale is very low.

      401k match needs improvement Health Insurance is not too bad / needs improvement Poor Communication at some levels Possible Long distance Travel
