      Pros

      Haven't seen even one Pros in these many years of experience.

      Cons

      Bad HR policies. Pathetic work environment. I don't have any words to explain about the top management. They are too good at playing in employees life. They are really blind about the things happening but still they are surviving only because they are at the top. Sudden terminations. No proper motivation and increment. Better not to join and suffer

      Friendly colleagues! OK work-life balance!

      Cons

      No Job security! Frequent and mass layoffs ..you don't know when you'll be terminated! This insecurity makes people (falsely) complain about one another to the project manager who plays politics and favouritism. No career growth No proper projects.. Not much opportunity to learn..All are support projects that are flushed down the drain by the parent company in Japan! No working hours flexibility No processes Micromanagement on the number of hours clocked but no care on the processes One can go on and on and on and on.. Be the one to just read this and don't ever become one to write a review on this company!

      Money-minded leadership team who play pity politics...they dont care about their employees and treat them as contractors....no vision...the leadership team is not even fit to be managers
