No positive points. I will appreciate this company if it could gain even single good point. A company can not grow with this kind of attitude.
Cons
Employee are treated here like slave. Hr dont have any power. Only CEO who is a very selfish person have complete control. You can not expect good salary here. A lot of politics happens here where CEO also involved. Anything bad happens with employees is completely directed by the CEO only. This company is like a trap. Even its employees also feel this very badly. It harasses employees mently to a deep level. Company sign two bonds with employees of worth more the 2 lacs each. Minimum bond period is 2 years. And the other bond known as project bond is created in such a way that it can not be fulfilled even after 5 years completion. I did not see any employee here who leave this company without paying a huge amount to this company. Specially for capus placed students - never join this company. Even in training period you will get to know that i was right. Even your salary package will also not going to be stable. That will try to find every single possible thing to reduce your salary. You can find a better company if you will wait. But if you join this company then it will not easy to came out. So be care full.
