      High salaries? Unsure how long this will be sustainable.

      Cons

      Literally everything else. There’s a reason they have the worlds biggest employee turnover rate. Avoid if you actually care about education equity.

      - Strong mission and alignment across company - Good base pay and opportunity for role expansion - Smart people, culture is truly awesome - Autonomy in your role, very little bureaucracy or hoops to jump through, this is a great place to BUILD

      Cons

      - Gaps in the leadership team have slowed us down a bit (company is hiring for these but should've been in place sooner) - Turnover earlier in the year negatively impacted team morale and progress, but hoping we are behind that
