Some niche arenas to learn..hard to find other places. Comparable pay, benefits as compared to the market. Really consider how fluffy other reviews are on here...chances are that person hasn't been with the company that long or is kissing A#@ purposely to make the ratings go up.. Yes this is advertising, and there are ratings! And they are a contractor...LOL

You will be in a corner from day 1 to your last day-no growth to be expected..If you like to sleep while doing your job you can! First line management is overwhelmed by many things from quality to timing-especially their management. Owner will not invest enough money into the company to makes REAL long lasting improvements--only Bandaid fixes will be put into place with lab equipment, etc-Watch your back....several people through knives at you and you wont even know or feel it-competitive environment....very non team like behavior! I could go on...
