Pros

Global Scale & Complex Challenges: As a large organization, J&J MedTech offers exposure to complex, cross-functional problems that require high levels of compliance and operational discipline. Commitment to Compliance: The company maintains a strong focus on regulatory adherence, which is critical in the healthcare and MedTech sectors.

Cons

Outdated Structures & Processes: The organization operates with overly layered hierarchies and legacy procedures that hinder agility and responsiveness. Lack of Innovation Culture: Creativity and innovation are not encouraged, with a strong bias toward risk aversion and rigid conformity. Disengaged Leadership: Management is perceived as disconnected and lacking empathy, contributing to low morale and limited employee engagement. Toxic Work Environment: Employees often feel overworked and micromanaged, with punitive measures such as investigations, warnings, and PIPs used against those who speak up or challenge ineffective decisions. Favoritism in Career Progression: Promotions and growth opportunities appear to be driven more by internal networking and favoritism than by merit, qualifications, or performance.

Pros

Great benefits and pto days off

Cons

Management has no idea how to run this program. They send of directives and only some people follow the rules. They're constantly having Wfm write you up for something. They ask for unrealistic expectations and when you can't comply you get written up for that as well. You can't even go to the restroom without being off the and having your score affected. Callas are back to back and other teams don't do you job so you are just lying to patients. They force you to work mandatory Ot and can't get a day off to use the time you are given but will take it away if you don't use it within a specific time frame. Top management has no idea what the trenches actually do. Run don't walk. They force you in a job you don't want and make you stay there for 18 months. Jnj is a great company but their service center is a nightmare. Join at your own risk
