      Pros

      Big company, big projects for great clients from governement and bussiness. Valuable colleagues and locations. Good company culture, open minded communication.

      Cons

      Sometimes you get lost within the organisational structures. Information flow not alway on official channels but "in the kitchen". Growth is not everything, turnover and margin are not the holy grails of company success.
