If our people ever have concerns or frustrations, we encourage them to reach out to their manager or business partner. They are also welcome to reach out to any member of our People Department should they feel more comfortable speaking with someone outside of their immediate channel.
There are a number of great benefits and perks that we offer, many of which are available starting day one. These include but aren’t limited to awesome discounts on contacts and eyewear, company events, social media giveaways, an incentivized wellness program complete with free virtual training, dedicated, licensed therapists – available to our associates at no cost, and even free cereal, beverages, and snacks in our break rooms. We also offer medical, dental, and vision benefits, and tuition reimbursement.
